Payment is taken upfront via Paypal invoice. Work will not start until payment has been received in full.

You may request a refund anytime after a commission has been agreed upon, but not after completion.

If progress on the commission has been made, refunds will be proportionate to the amount of incomplete work, up to 70% of what was paid. As per artist discretion.

If little or no progress on the commission has been made, you will receive a full refund.

I currently do not do NSFW work. This may change in the future.

Vector work is time consuming. Please understand that commissions can take a while. I generally aim to finish most comm types in a week and a half to 2 and a half weeks.

I reserve the right to deny your commission. This may be for any number of reasons.

Understand I have personal matters and projects of my own. If there are any delays you will be notified if I am currently working on your commission.

Please have a detailed description of your commission and at least one visual or image reference of some kind if applicable.

If you are commissioning a reference sheet, previous statement applies, but an attempt to draw what your sona looks like would help. No need to worry if it isn't perfect.

Available adopts are generally announced ahead of time to be bought for flat prices.

After purchase, whoever buys the adopt has full rights to it as it is effectively theirs from then on. Ignoring points 1-3 of 'Artwork Usage', the adopt can be edited and changed, although I would keep a copy of the original file for referential uses.

You may not use my work for commercial purposes.

You may use your commission non-commercially (as an icon, wallpaper, a reference, etc.) and may repost it with proper accredition (or just don't idk, I can’t make you credit me.)

You may not trace your commission or the remove of the watermark, or have someone else do such. Changes can be done by myself personally if need be.

You may not claim any of my work as having been done by yourself or anyone else.
